We aim to bill and record time as transparently as possible and will always discuss the likely cost of work in advance. Low overheads enable us to be flexible, more cost effective and to take proper account of the needs of clients. 

 

We record on the basis of actual time incurred rather than by the more common six minute unit and our hourly rate is rarely the only determining factor, with fees fixed where possible.
